A word from Heidi...
Whether we believe it or not, our personal image has always influenced ourselves and others. I can recall my three your old son Andrew, once saying to me. "Mommy, I thought you were going out?" I said "I am." He replied, "In that?"
Of course I had no intention of wearing the ratty old, green, frayed-at-the hem bell bottoms, that I had on at the time. I changed into something more desirable; he then smiled with approval.
Now, I can't say that my son would consider himself to be a male fashionista by any means. He would shutter just thinking about it. He definitely does know what looks good on him and what does not. My point being everyone is conscious of their own and others' personal image, but not everyone knows how to pull it all together.
In this economy and job market, it is more important than ever to look more appealing. A self-assured look can give a person more credibility than the person who does not consider his or her image to be of any consequence. A good image does not take a lot of time, education or money. All it takes is self awareness and guidance. That is where Life and Personal Image Coaching comes in.
Often when a person displays a questionable personal image, it may not be how that person wants to portray themselves. They may feel quite differently in their heart and mind, but they don't know how to let that charismatic person out. There are most likely many reasons for this phenomena. When a client works with Heidi, that person will be set free, to take on whatever comes their way.
